1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or placing an order on Sarah's Wardrobes (www.sarahswardrobes.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our e-commerce platform.
2. Product Catalog & Pricing Integrity
We strive to display accurate pricing, stock availability, and garment descriptions across all public collections and unlisted drops. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to modify prices or correct errors without prior notice.
3. Order Acceptance & Right to Cancel
Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. Sarah's Wardrobes reserves the right to decline or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect address details, payment verification failure, or security flag alerts.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All brand logos, garment designs, product photography, editorial copy, and user interface elements on Sarah's Wardrobes belong exclusively to Sarah's Wardrobes. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.
5. Security Enforcement & Account Suspension
We reserve the right to restrict or block customer accounts or IP addresses that violate platform integrity, engage in fraudulent transactions, or attempt automated scraping operations.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
