We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Shipping timelines may vary depending on the product type, order type, availability, customization, and order volume.
Orders are delivered within 10 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the customer's location, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch after confirmation. Dispatch and delivery timelines may vary depending on the product and type of order.
For customized, made-to-order, pre-order, or special orders, additional processing time may be required.
Once your order is ready, it will be handed over to our courier partner for delivery.
We offer FREE nationwide delivery across Pakistan on all orders paid via Online Transfer (JazzCash, or Direct Account Transfer).
For orders placed through Cash on Delivery (COD), a standard delivery charge of PKR 300 applies.
Orders may be verified by our team before processing.
Once your package has been handed over to the courier service, a tracking/consignment number will be provided where applicable.
Customers can use the tracking details to monitor their shipment through the relevant courier service.
